Sem esquecer que tem a orla de João pessoa.
Como disse uma ótima localização.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tirando algumas pessoas que gostam de arrumar confusão e fazer baderna, é um ótimo condomínio tem uma piscina de um bom tamanho, quadra, salão de jogos, salão de festas e como não são muitos blocos sempre há disponibilidade, alguns vizinhos são bem unidos se reúnem para conversar e fazem festinhas , resumindo, é um bom lugar. Outro defeito é o preço absurdo do condomínio.
