★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento pela imobiliária quando o condômino precisa de algo. A garagem é toda empoeirada e constantemente aparecem ratos. A bomba d'água quando quebra deixa todos os moradores sem água até que a boa vontade da imobiliária apareça para solicitar o reparo. Não indico. Na quebra de contrato para completar não devolveram meus cheques, já faz quase um mês.
