★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os aptos são até bem grandes. Cabe bem uma família de 4 pessoas. Tem aptos com varanda e dois banheiros até. Outros menores tbm. Parquinho básico para crianças, as ruas dentro do condomínio São calmas, então não tem perigo caso crianças saia sozinhas, tem piscina, quadra, churrasqueiras, academia e salão de festas.
As torres não possui elevadores, então se QR um andar alto vai ser nescessário subir muitas escadas.
Possível ter animais neste condomínio. Portaria 24hrs, uma vaga por apartamento ( sorteada).
Existe várias regras q devem ser seguidas, vc recebe um papel com elas.
Não se pode pendurar ou por coisas na varanda, precisa ver oq é permitido nas regras.
Só entra pessoas autorizadas por vc na portaria, tanto como moradores ou como visitas ( geralmente ligando para seu apto avisando quem chegou e se pode subir).
Carros e motos tbm precisam ser registrados previamente.
The rooms are quite large. It fits a family of 4 people. It has a balcony and two bathrooms. Other minors also. Basic playground for children, the streets inside the condominium are calm, so there is no danger if children go out alone, there is a swimming pool, a court, barbecue grills, a gym and a party room.
The towers do not have elevators, so if a QR high floor will be necessary to climb many stairs.
Possible to have animals in this condo. Concierge 24hrs, one spot per apartment (drawn).
There are several rules that must be followed, you get a role with them.
You can't hang or things on the balcony, you need to see what is allowed in the rules.
Only people authorized by you enter the concierge, either as residents or as visitors (usually calling your apt advising who has arrived and if you can go up).
Cars and motorbikes also need to be registered in advance.

I like the space, the leisure offered and the finishing of the apartments, but there are no elevators, which makes it difficult to go up with bags and materials or something like that.
