★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É um bom condomínio com piscina, quadra de esporte e um ótimo espaço gourmet. Os apartamentos têm um bom tamanho, o acabamento é muito bom e a estrutura dos blocos tb são boas. Há posto de gasolina bem próximo e comércio diverso.
It is a good condominium with a swimming pool, sports court and a great gourmet space. The apartments are of a good size, the finish is very good and the structure of the blocks is also good. There is a gas station very close and several shops.

A segurança conta com câmeras em toda a parte, assim como profissionais atentos, responsáveis e cordiais. A limpeza é constante e otimizada, apesar da necessidade de manutenção em muitos lugares de área externa.
