Infelizmente a experiência está sendo difícil, falta energia elétrica a todo momento, pelo menos 3 vezes por semana, caí uma fase, transformador estoura, a Net fica sem sinal diversas vezes e a administração do prédio não forneceu até o momento controle do portão ou tag da portaria... Como trabalho home office a experiência está sendo difícil e extremamente desagradável... O apartamento tem um tamanho normal para seu valor, a infraestrutura do prédio não é ruim, porém a administração e os problemas elétricos são realmente o ponto fraco

Gostei muito. Pena que não cabe no meu orçamento, eu adoraria poder adquirir.
A quiet condominium with a leisure area, a small gym, parking, very large apartments; great location.
Really enjoyed. Too bad it doesn't fit my budget, I would love to buy it.
