★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Concordo com o Marcos, tirando a administração que é radical, autoritária ,a partir da sindica que parece dona do condomínio, que em tempos de crise vai gastar dinheiro com uma local para pet's e as obras estão rolando soltas, sem nenhuma assembleia para aprovar
Mas apesar disso o convívio e os arredores são muitos bons, com comercio proximo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condomínio espetacular, sem falar da ótima gestão, a sindica esta fazendo várias obras, algumas emergenciais, do estacionamento e revitalizando todo o piso para uma melhora e valorização do nosso apartamento, construindo um espaço Pet, pois temos que passear com nossos cães pelo estacionamento do condomínio, a sindica esta de parabéns, demorou para alguém de pulso para fazer todas essas melhorias. Mais uma vez, parabéns a síndica e sua administração! Pensando sempre no bem de todos e valorização do nosso patrimônio.

Deixa a desejar quanto a espaço pra pet, os próprios moradores deixam sujeiras. Fora a na educação na hora de estacionar o veículo, ocupando 2 vagas.
I went back to live after 5 years, I saw big changes, administration of the trustee with a firm hand.
It leaves something to be desired about the space for the pet, the residents themselves leave dirt. In addition to education when parking the vehicle, occupying 2 spaces.
