★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ótimo condomínio ( zelador com restrição muito temperamental toma atitudes sem refletir precisa ter certeza quando manda intimações ao morador, se realmente e do apartamento que esta criando o problema e não mandar a intimação sem ter a certeza do que esta fazendo não e justo acusar um morador levianamente não e a primeira vez,esse zelador deveria ser reavaliado pois somos os proprietários e ele e nosso funcionário )
