★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condomínio seguro. O serviço da portaria é excelente. Não posso dizer o mesmo da administração interna do condomínio, ainda deixa a desejar por conta de horário de funcionamento, nada que não possa ser resolvido.
Vizinhança não tão tranquila, algumas pessoas não se importam com o sossego e respeito do outro e isso varia de bloco para bloco. Todo o acesso até os blocos é razoavelmente acessível, poucos têm rampa. No estacionamento há brigas quase cotidianas com as vagas, desorganizado por parte dos próprios moradores.
Quadras, pet place, áreas comuns e de lazer muito bem cuidadas. A criançada adora, brinca até tarde da noite no condomínio. Tem ronda e monitoramento 24h, show!
Os apartamentos são bem espaçosos, área útil muito bem aproveitada. Ótimo lugar pra morar pra quem trabalha na região. Gosto porque é simples, pelo sossêgo que temos às vezes. Mas pra PCD não indico, tem muita coisa pra melhorar ainda.
Secure condominium. The concierge service is excellent. I can't say the same about the condominium's internal administration, it still leaves something to be desired due to the opening hours, nothing that cannot be resolved.
Neighborhood not so peaceful, some people do not care about the peace and respect of others and this varies from block to block. All access to the blocks is reasonably accessible, few have a ramp. In the parking lot there are almost daily fights with the spaces, disorganized by the residents themselves.
Courts, pet place, well-kept common and leisure areas. The kids love it, they play until late at night in the condominium. It has round and 24h monitoring, show!
The apartments are very spacious, useful area very well used. Great place to live for those who work in the region. I like it because it's simple, because of the peace we have sometimes. But for PCD I don't indicate, there is still a lot to improve.
