Isso tudo graças a boa administração do nosso síndico pois é raro um condomínio ter superavit hoje em dia.
Muito próximo de tudo, padaria, supermercado, parada de ônibus como também da areia da praia.
Excellent residential condominium, very calm and quiet, considering that most of the owners are the owners of the properties which in a way is an island of tranquility in this region of Icaraí.
This is all thanks to the good management of our liquidator as it is rare for a condominium to have a surplus today.
Very close to everything, bakery, supermarket, bus stop as well as the beach sand.
