★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O condomínio em si é bom mas, moradores e visitantes estacionam os veículos e caminhões em fila dupla na rua em frente a portaria de acesso ao condomínio tornando extremamente perigoso a saída dos veículos (perdem a visão devido as veículos estacionados), o trânsito em frente ao condomínio fica péssimo!!!! A rua é estreita além de ser linha de ônibus....Péssimo o estacionamento dos veículos ao lado da portaria de acesso além de perigoso!!!!!!!!!! E CONTINUAM AGINDO DA MESMA FORMA MESMO SABENDO DESTAS AVALIAÇÕES!!!
The condominium itself is good but residents and visitors park the vehicles and trucks in a double row on the street in front of the concierge access to the condo making it extremely dangerous to exit the vehicles (they lose their sight due to parked vehicles), the traffic in front to the condo it sucks !!!! The street is narrow besides being bus line .... Poorly the parking of the vehicles next to the access door besides dangerous !!!!!!!!!! AND CONTINUE TO ACT IN THE SAME WAY EVEN IF I KNOW OF THESE EVALUATIONS !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O condomínio é bom, tem feiras de sexta para quem quiser. É muito lindo, cuidam das árvores direitinho, lugar com segurança. É ótimo para idosos, já para crianças nem tanto, antes da quarentena não podia nem jogar futebol com bolinha de papel na praça, tipo ela é inofensiva. Acho que eles deveriam dar mais atenção para nossas crianças e adolescentes, e ia agradar a todos se tivesse uma entretenimento, quadra por exemplo, não iria existir tanto barulho para os incomodados e iria haver uma diversão para crianças, adolescentes, até mesmo para adulto que gosta de esportes. Outra dica, é melhorar de alguma forma a entrada da portaria, vejo pelos meus pais e avós, quando um carro vai entrar e outro vai sair, há um pouco de confusão, deve ser horrível para quem está dirigindo e perigoso, acho meio ruim ser mão única. Um problema comum, é a invasão de privacidade, tem gente muitooo legal, eu amo conversar com a maioria, mas tem outros que fofocam e reclamam de tudo, até do bebezinho que desce com sua motoquinha. Se você pretende morar aqui, você não deve muito se importar com a opinião alheia, vai ter um acolhimento enorme da maioria dos vizinhos e vai se sentir em paz, pois é um local super cauteloso
