★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poderia melhorar a limpeza e organização do condomínio. O mato estava alto e a beira do rio bem suja. As ruas são bem confusas, poderia ter placas pra melhor identificação. O porteiro foi muito prestativo e simpático.
 It could improve the cleanliness and organization of the condo. The bush was high and the riverbank very dirty. The streets are very confusing, could have signs for better identification. The concierge was very helpful and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Administrado pessimamente. Plataforma de pesca fechada ( necessita reparos). Quiosques mal cuidados. Enfim poderiam fazer melhorias.
Poorly administered. Closed fishing platform (needs repairs). Poorly maintained kiosks. Anyway they could make improvements.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu pai é sócio há mais de 20 anos, ele e outros 3 amigos na época compraram um único terreno e construíram cada um uma casa pequena dentro deste mesmo terreno. Há um tempo atrás o condomínio inventou que cada sócio deve pagar o valor de condomínio (que é abusivamente no valor de R$ 250,00), sendo que sempre esse valor era dividido entre os 4, pois é APENAS UM TERRENO.
O lugar não justifica o valor, o rio está sempre sujo, fica longe da cidade, enfim, NÃO VALE A PENA.
My father has been a partner for more than 20 years, he and 3 other friends at the time bought a single piece of land and built each one a small house within this same piece of land. A while ago the condominium invented that each partner must pay the condominium value (which is abusively in the amount of R $ 250.00), and that value was always divided between the 4, as it is ONLY ONE LAND.
The place does not justify the value, the river is always dirty, it is far from the city, anyway, IT IS NOT WORTH IT.
