★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os apartamentos são ótimos , são enormes , mais por ser condomínio fechado não tem segurança nenhuma a noite, durante o dia tem porteiro ( faz tudo , desde limpar escadas e cortar grama a maioria dos moradores , totalmente sem noção não tem a capacidade de entrar e sair e acionar o fechamento dos portões esperando o fechamento automático ( tempo suficiente para bandidos entrarem junto) !
Sem contar também que a porta de entrada do predio fica a maior parte do tempo destrancada!
The apartments are great, they are huge, but for being a gated community there is no security at night, during the day there is a doorman (doing everything from cleaning stairs and mowing most totally clueless residents has no ability to enter and get out and trigger the closing of the gates waiting for the automatic closing (enough time for bad guys to come along)!
Not to mention that the building's entrance door is most of the time unlocked!
