★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O prédio é antigo e aparentemente precisa de uma manutenção melhor. Cheguei lá e fui informado que o interfone não estava funcionando. Vi que tinham outros funcionários mas nenhum se prontificou para ajudar. Não sei para os moradores mas para quem visita a experiência não é boa.
The building is old and apparently needs better maintenance. I got there and was told that the intercom was not working. I saw that they had other employees but none volunteered to help. I don't know for the locals but for those who visit, the experience is not good.
