O edifício está passando por uma grande reforma que compreende w troca de acabamento e reparos estruturais. Mesmo se tratando de um prédio antigo, é um excelente lugar para se morar. O único senão é o tamanho e disposição das garagens, que considero inadequadas para os carros atuais, lembrando que na época da sua construção eram ideais. Visitei o prédio na intensão de alugar uma unidade e, pasmem, fiquei impressionado com o zelo do atual síndico, Dr. Alexandre, e com a disponibilidade que teve, ao me mostrar as dependências do prédio e responder às minhas perguntas.
It is a complex with commercial units on the ground floor and residential units above the free span. The building is undergoing a major refurbishment that includes a change of finish and structural repairs. Even though it is an old building, it is an excellent place to live. The only drawback is the size and layout of the garages, which I consider inadequate for today's cars, bearing in mind that at the time of their construction they were ideal. I visited the building with the intention of renting a unit and, amazingly, I was impressed with the zeal of the current administrator, Dr. Alexandre, and with the availability he had, in showing me the premises of the building and answering my questions.
