★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un edificio ubicado en bairro de Boa Viagem. Esta bien comunicado y cerca hay tienda de fruta y verduras, restaurantes, farmacias, supermercados, y de la playa de Boa Viagem. Los vecinos son amigaveis y cumplen las reglas se la buena convivencia. La gente que alquila o comprar un piso allí, tiene garantizado una vaga no aparcamiento, el uso de las dos personas y de un salón para hacer tus fiestas, sin embargo hay que pagar un valor de R$ 500, acrescido de tasas extras.
It is a building located in Bairro de Boa Viagem. It is well connected and there is a fruit and vegetable shop, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, and Boa Viagem beach nearby. The neighbors are friendly and comply with the rules of good coexistence. The people who rent or buy a flat there, are guaranteed a vague no parking, the use of two people and a room to make your parties, however you have to pay a value of R $ 500, accrued of extra fees.
