I have been attending for about 10 years the reception desk staff are kind attentive although I have never been on other floors but I know that there are pediatric lawyers only going to the 1st floor of Paulo Dentist´s office

You pay at the office and you still have to pay in the gallery parking lot, that doesn't exist! If you want to receive customers, you have to offer parking.
