★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom custo beneficio. A localização e muito boa na barra. O apartamento e o prédio são antigos e a conservação é precária. Ponto positivo para a recepção do Daniel, e serviço de quarto. Foram muito atenciosos e prestativos.
 Good cost-benefit. The location is very good in the bar. The apartment and the building are old and the conservation is precarious. Plus point for Daniel's reception, and room service. They were very attentive and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por duas vezes sofri constrangimento e PRECONCEITO lá no prédio:
1- A menina da recepção nos abordou de forma bem estranha e fez varias perguntas e afirmou que tinha roupa na janela, mesmo não tendo, fiquei bem chateado e perguntei se ela queria saber para olhar.
2- O porteiro em uma das vezes que voltei, foi bem grosseiro comigo... perguntando "se estava lá para fazer algum tipo de serviço", eu realmente me senti muito mal.
De modo geral não foi tão ruim, tirando a parte dos constrangimentos e preconceitos que sofri lá.
Eu fiquei sem acreditar que em pleno 2022 as pessoas fariam algo assim!
Twice I suffered embarrassment and PREJUDICE in the building:
1- The girl at the reception approached us in a very strange way and asked several questions and said that there was clothes in the window, even though they didn't, I was very upset and asked if she wanted to know to look.
2- The doorman on one of the times I came back, was very rude to me... asking "if I was there to do some kind of service", I really felt really bad.
In general it was not so bad, apart from the constraints and prejudices I suffered there.
I couldn't believe that in the middle of 2022 people would do something like this!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The laundry service inside is expensive, e.g. 20 pieces R$60 or 30 pieces R$93, with delivery.
I liked the swimming pool a lot. The building is in a very save area of Salvadar and the people are friendly.
I booked an apartment with Airbnb. The apartment was clean and spacious with a very small kitchen. The bed is 1.4 meter.
The building is 30 years old and the apartment had some small problems: it was not possible to close the window and 2 light bulbs are defective.
