The apartments are good. Duplex with two bedrooms. But, what is worth more is the unique view!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tirando a turma das altinhas, é um ótimo lugar para passar com a família ,existem alguns maconheiros, e os poucos vendedores exploram muito nos preços ,porém não tira sua beleza .
Apart from the crowd, it is a great place to spend with the family, there are some stoners, and the few sellers explore a lot in prices, but it does not take away their beauty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This beach and place are beautiful. There's no where like it in Rio. However, some of the denizens of this condominium are entitled and presumptuous, as they've been there for "10-20 years" and are not too friendly, even rude at times, despite the fact that there are quite a few apartments that are rented for Airbnb. If you choose to stay here for Airbnb or as a foreigner, just know--some people are very kind, while others are not.
