★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O prédio tem 21 andares de apartamentos com 8 apartamentos por andar. É uma boa vizinhança, sem muito barulho, sem muitas crianças. A estrutura do condomínio é boa com piscina, sauna, quadra, churrasqueira, salao de festas e academia. A academia está sem aparelhos mas os moradoradores ja tem o projeto e estão executando a aprelhagem. São 4 elevadores, dois sociais e dois de serviço e geralmente não demoram a vir. Os apartamentos tem bom tamanho para familias pequenas (casais ou casais com um filho ou dois ainda pequenos) e os do nascente sao bem ventilados.
The building has 21 floors of apartments with 8 apartments per floor. It is a good neighborhood, without much noise, without many children. The condominium structure is good with swimming pool, sauna, court, barbecue, party room and gym. The gym is without equipment but the residents already have the project and are executing the project. There are 4 elevators, two social and two for service and usually do not take long to come. The apartments are good size for small families (couples or couples with a child or two still small) and the ones in the east are well ventilated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um prédio bem agradável. Excelente piscina, área pra churrasco, bebedouro com água gelada e quadra com cestas de basquete de metal e suporte pra redes de vôlei. Apartamentos bem aconchegantes, mas não grandes. Uma boa pedida pra moradias!
A very nice building. Excellent swimming pool, barbecue area, water cooler and court with metal basketball hoops and support for volleyball nets. Very cozy apartments, but not big. A good choice for homes!
