★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O condomínio é novo e apesar dos problemas causados pela construtura, que é péssima e deixou vários problemas na entrega do prédio, é nem estruturado e tende a melhorar a medida que os problemas herdados sejam sanados. A localição é ótima.
