★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condomínio Residencial antigo, com valores de mercado bastante depreciados, pois sofre com precárias e ineficientes administrações, principalmente pela inacreditável ausência de transparência nas contas condominiais. Lá, a Convenção e o Regimento Interno não são cumpridos, a começar pelos próprios Administradores.
Old residential condominium, with very depreciated market values, because it suffers from precarious and inefficient administrations, mainly due to the incredible lack of transparency in the condominium accounts. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente, apesar de bem localizado, o prédio, que é antigo, sofre com administrações desastrosas, fazendo com que até hoje os moradores tenham que lidar com alagamentos no estacionamento, problemas nos elevadores, vazamentos de água até hoje não corrigidos, infiltrações, taxa condominial elevada para a quantidade de apartamentos (96) e um condomínio sem qualquer área de lazer, enfim...não vale a pena investir no imóvel, cada vez mais desvalorizado no mercado imobiliário. Pode ser que um dia, quando os proprietários decidirem mudar essa situação, optem por uma administração que possa realmente valorizar aquele patrimônio e propiciar um bem estar a todos ali.
Unfortunately, despite being well located, the building, which is old, suffers from disastrous administrations, so that even today the residents have to deal with flooding in the parking lot, problems in the elevators, water leaks not corrected until today, infiltrations, condominium fee high for the number of apartments (96) and a condominium without any leisure area, anyway ... it is not worth investing in the property, which is increasingly devalued in the real estate market. It may be that one day, when the owners decide to change this situation, they opt for an administration that can really value that heritage and provide a well-being for everyone there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartamentos antigos, porém bem divididos. O ponto negativo é a ausência de qualquer tipo de área de lazer. No momento passa por reformas na área comum que o deixarão melhor.
