★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente aluguei um apto deste Edificio dia 23/01/18 para passar o carnaval com minha família, através de uma pessoa que se apresentou como Corretora de locação para temporada e a proprietária. O anuncio estava na 'SITE OLX', depois disto que irei relatar, tiraram o anúncio do site. Chegando próximo ao dia da minha ida, informaram que o apto deu um problema, mas não mandaram fotos do problema e ficaram de devolver meus 50% de adiantamento R$1.350,00. Até a data de hoje foram 1.001 desculpas evasivas, estive ai para tentar pegar o meu dinheiro, marcaram comigo de entregar no Shoping Vitória e ninguém apareceu e cai na real que me deram um golpe... e no dia que estive em Vila Velha, chameia a Policia Militar e registrei o B.O. "Ns" tentativas por ligações e nada... Infelizmente tive que entrar na Justiça e estou vendo a possibilidade de fazer uma matéria na Mídia local relatando o ocorrido e evitar que mais pessoas caiam em golpes semelhantes o que está acontecendo comigo... inclusive fizeram uma TED devolvendo o dinheiro, porém fiquei esperando e quando fui ver era falsa, o dinheiro não entrou. Até ontem fiquei na minha, mas hoje decidi dizer o acontecido... Sei que neste prédio tem pessoas honestas e que respeitam os turistas que viajam de MG para passarem alguns dias nesta cidade maravilhosa que é Vila Velha e não merece ter pessoas que praticam estes atos desonestos, que infelizmente só geram prejuízos para o comércio local, pois muitos vivem de alugarem aptos para temporadas e necessitam desta renda para fechar com suas despesas. Quem ler este relato, fique de olho para não cair no golpe... segue aqui o apto que aluguei: EDIFÍCIO DIAMOND BEACH, APTO 102 - AV. Calçadão, campo de areia para futebol, vôlei e frescobol ao lado, além de brinquedos para crianças e alguns equipamentos para exercício na praia. Padaria, farmácia e supermercados praticamente ao lado. Shopping Praia da Costa a 15 minutos de caminhada. Recomendo.
Great location. Building facing the sea with cozy apartments. Boardwalk, sand field for football, volleyball and frescobol next door, in addition to toys for children and some equipment for exercise on the beach. Bakery, pharmacy and supermarkets practically next door. Shopping Praia da Costa 15 minutes walk. I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na última semana dia 14 de janeiro de 2020 fiz uma reserva do apartamento 406, 4° andar deste prédio. Com a que se diz proprietária de nome Cris, sendo assim quando cheguei a cidade de vila Velha por volta de 2h da manhã conforme avisamos antecipadamente a proprietária, não me recebeu, não atendeu telefonemas, bloqueou no WhatsApp e ficamos sem locar para passar a noite, tivemos vários problemas inclusive graves financeiros e contratempos. Gostaria de relatar a todos moradores, vizinhos, síndico, funcionários que tenham muito cuidado com esta que se diz proprietária e nos aplicou este golpe.
Caso algum responsável pelo prédio, souber se é verdade o nome desta proprietária e informações agradeço a ajuda.
Last week, January 14, 2020, I booked apartment 406, 4th floor of this building.
