★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se encontra em uma ótima localidade, no centro de BH. Há tanto apartamentos luxuosos qto apartamentos simples, além de quitinetes. Infelizmente não possui garagem e o valor do condomínio é bem alto, com quase nenhum benefício. Os shoppings mais próximos são o Oi e o Cidade. A rodoviária fica dois quarteirões abaixo.
It is in a great location, in the center of BH. There are both luxury apartments and simple apartments, as well as kitchenettes. Unfortunately it does not have a garage and the value of the condominium is very high, with almost no benefit. The nearest malls are Oi and Cidade. The bus station is two blocks down.
