Podiam ter tido mais bom gosto na hora de escolher. Além da taxa condominial ser relativamente caro para a estrutura que o condomínio possui/quantidade de apartamentos que arcam com a mesma. Fora isso, tudo ok.
Great place to live. Peaceful neighborhood. Polite and proactive staff / porters. I just don't like the colors of the building's painting. They could have had better taste when choosing. In addition to the condominium fee being relatively expensive for the structure that the condominium has / number of apartments that bear the same. Other than that, everything is ok.

Beautiful place, organized, 24-hour concierge, playground for children, supermarket next door, close to the mall, but it does not have a swimming pool, which is an essential item for some people.
