★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Morei por 5 anos, é um condomínio antigo, com funcionários excelentes, principalmente João, Sérgio, Antônio e Wesley e o pessoal da limpeza que não lembro os nomes (tem uma senhorinha que faz a faxina cantando, é um doce). Apesar de bastante espaço, é uma pena que não investem em parquinhos melhores, priorizam a jardinagem, não tem academia, nem salão de jogos e deveriam fazer urgente um espaço pet, pois tem pessoas que idolatram seus bichos e acham que eles podem circular livremente pelo condomínio cagando e mijando onde bem entenderem...e não limpam...Mas, é um lugar muito bom !
I lived for 5 years, it is an old condominium, with excellent employees, mainly João, Sérgio, Antônio and Wesley and the cleaning staff who do not remember the names (there is a lady who does the cleaning singing, it is sweet). Despite enough space, it is a pity that they do not invest in better playgrounds, they prioritize gardening, they do not have a gym, nor a game room and they should urgently make a pet space, as there are people who idolize their pets and think they can move freely around condo shitting and peeing wherever they please ... and they don't clean ... But, it's a very good place!
