★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ainda moro no prédio, infelizmente! O síndico é o mesmo há anos e pouca coisa houve de melhoria! Isso inclusive levou ao fechamento d lojas dentro e fora da galeria.
I still live in the building, unfortunately! The liquidator has been the same for years and there has been little improvement! This even led to the closing of stores inside and outside the gallery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Também conhecido como Espigão... oferece várias lojas onde você pode encontrar de tudo por um bom preço nesta região. Pena que a agência dos Correios que tinha alu fechou... recomendo o Sapateiro (muito caprichoso e barateiro), o pet shop e o equipe de manutenção de interfone (ArtFone).
Also known as Espigão ... offers several shops where you can find everything for a good price in this region. Too bad the post office that had alu closed ... I recommend the Shoemaker (very capricious and cheap), the pet shop and the intercom maintenance team (ArtFone).
