★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Localização é ótima..boa segurança....mas não tem garagem e para quem tem criança não indico apesar dos meus netos morarem neste predio.....tem um pequeno espaço area livre que poderiam tomar sol...e brincar....mas não é permitido. A entrada do prédio bem conservada conforme fotos.
The location is great..good security .... but it doesn’t have a garage and for those with children I don’t recommend it despite my grandchildren living in this building ..... it has a small free space that could sunbathe… and play .... but it is not allowed. The entrance to the building is well maintained according to photos.
