★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive a oportunidade de morar aqui por mais de 2 anos e foi uma experiência calma e tranquila. Os moradores são de boa, os apartamentos espaçosos e os funcionários, super queridos. Infelizmente não tem área de convivência, como um playground ou piscina, mas tem um salão de festas bem ok.
A vaga de garagem é fixa e 1 por apartamento.
I had the opportunity to live here for over 2 years and it was a calm and peaceful experience. The residents are good, the apartments spacious and the staff, super loved. Unfortunately there is no living area, like a playground or swimming pool, but it has a very good party room.
The parking space is fixed and 1 per apartment.
