Dificuldade para realizar a mudança de móveis, dificuldade para receber entregas e compras, dificuldade para receber amigos e familiares, interfone quebrado e mais de 4 meses para realizar a troca, além de sofrer agressão verbal por parte da funcionária denominada síndica do prédio.
Péssima experiência, não recomendo a ninguém morar em um lugar aonde não se tem uma boa administração, não se tem funcionários o suficiente para realizar os serviços essenciais do prédio, e por não se sentir seguro e confortável em "sua moradia".

Difficulty to change furniture, difficulty receiving deliveries and purchases, difficulty receiving friends and family, broken intercom and more than 4 months to make the change, in addition to suffering verbal aggression by the employee called the building manager.
Bad experience, I don't recommend anyone to live in a place where you don't have good management, you don't have enough employees to perform the essential services of the building, and because you don't feel safe and comfortable in "your home".
