Churrasqueira sem teto, esqueça churrasco.
Funcionários são OK.
Sindicância, corpo diretivo, e construtora muito ruins.
Vizinhança mal educada e desrespeitosa, local extremamente barulhento.
E pra ajudar, as lajes e paredes do prédio são finas, então se escuta mais ainda os barulhos.
Apto vive com vazamentos, infiltração e muitos problemas nos elevadores, que param constantemente. Isso ninguém conta.
Furtos acontecem dentro do próprio condomínio.
Vagas da garagem vivem em rodízio e são super apertadas. Se você não puder ir à reunião de condôminos para escolher a sua vaga no dia do sorteio, danou-se.
The building is under renovation, has no gym, has no roof over the entrance, when it rains you take rain, get your pizza and mail in the rain and good luck.
Roofless barbecue, forget barbecue.
Staff are OK.
Inquiry, governing body, and construction very bad.
Poorly polite and disrespectful neighborhood, extremely noisy place.
And to help, the slabs and walls of the building are thin, so you hear the noises even more.
Apt lives with leaks, infiltration and many problems in the elevators, which constantly stop. That nobody counts.
Thefts happen inside the condominium itself.
Garage spaces live on rotation and are super tight. If you can't go to the tenants' meeting to choose your spot on the day of the draw, you'll be damned.
