★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condomínio mal cuidado. Por ter poucas unidades, qualquer inadimplência já pesa bastante nas contas. Um dos moradores mexe nos carros e vaga pelos corredores, é surreal!
Os aptos são antigos, não tem registro geral de água no apto (pra fazer manutenção precisa fechar a água do prédio). Também não tem chave geral de luz na unidade. Uma vez ligamos os 2 chuveiros ao mesmo tempo e cai uma chave que só o zelador acessa.
Só vale morar aqui pagando bem abaixo do valor de mercado.
 Condominium poorly maintained. Because it has few units, any delinquency already weighs heavily on the accounts. One of the residents moves the cars and wanders through the corridors, it's surreal!
The apartments are old, there is no general water record in the apartment (to do maintenance, you need to close the water in the building). There is also no main light switch on the unit. Once we turn on the 2 showers at the same time and a key falls that only the caretaker can access.
It's only worth living here paying well below market value.
