A well-structured condominium with well-trained and attentive staff. Security has been well planned which gives the residents a feeling of tranquility. As for the environment, I say residents are very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bem localizado. Perto o suficiente do centro da cidade para ir andando, longe o suficiente para ser um local tranquilo. Ao lado do Parque dos Jequitibas (bom lugar para caminhadas e para levar as crianças).
Perto de supermercado (Pão de Açúcar), posto de combustíveis, vários restaurantes e lanchonetes, escolas, clínicas e hospitais.
Acesso fácil às principais avenidas da cidade e às rodovias (Bandeirantes e Anhanguera).
Para que gosta de futebol, fica próximo aos dois estádios da cidade. Para quem não gosta, bem... paciência... quando tem jogo, ouvir o barulho e sofrer com o impacto da movimentação dos torcedores é inevitável (apesar de não estar na principal via de acesso aos estádios).
Prédio bem construído. Sólido. Apartamentos com 1/4. Garagem um tanto apertada. Excelente ventilação por ficar em local alto e sem obstruções. Rua tranquila e relativamente fácil para estacionar.
Well located. Close enough to the center of town to walk, far enough away to be a quiet spot. Next to Jequitibas Park (good place for hiking and to take the kids).
Close to supermarket (Pão de Açúcar), gas station, several restaurants and snack bars, schools, clinics and hospitals.
Easy access to the main avenues of the city and the highways (Bandeirantes and Anhanguera).
For those who like football, it is close to the two stadiums of the city. For those who do not like, well ... patience ... when you have a game, hearing the noise and suffering from the impact of the fans' movement is inevitable (even though it is not on the main access road to the stadiums).
Well built building. Solid. Apartments with 1/4. Garage somewhat tight. Excellent ventilation by staying in high place and without obstructions. Quiet street and relatively easy to park.
