★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É um prédio comercial razoável. Quando 1 elevador (apenas 1) para, vira o caos. Não há acesso às escadarias pelo hall. Se ameaçar chover, a energia cai. Os geradores atendem apenas parcialmente.
It is a reasonable commercial building. When 1 elevator (only 1) stops, it becomes chaos. There is no access to the stairs from the hall. If it threatens to rain, the energy drops. The generators serve only partially.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os conjuntos do prédio são bons, mas tem alguns pontos negativos (a entrada do estacionamento é ruim, a portaria não tem um bom recuo para uma parada rápida de táxi ou outro carro, no estacionamento é baixo e não dá para caminhão entrar e nem ficar parado no recuo).
Alguns comentários falam sobre a falta de luz quando chove, mas isso é um problema do bairro inteiro.
The building sets are good, but there are some negative points (the entrance to the parking lot is bad, the concierge does not have a good setback for a quick taxi or other car stop, the parking lot is low and there is no way for the truck to enter or stay stopped in recoil).
Some comments talk about the lack of light when it rains, but this is a problem for the whole neighborhood.
