Comecei a sentir uma dor leve no molar e falei com meu marido que também estava precisando de um dentista que havia uma clínica na Av. 7 e uma amiga nos indicou.
Fizemos uma avaliação Janeiro, uma avaliação bem rápida por sinal, mas como não tínhamos nem 1 exame, achamos que depois da documentação ortodôntica seríamos melhor avaliados e o que tivesse de ser feito, iria aparecer nos exames.
Em Fevereiro retornamos, depois de ligar inúmeras vezes pra clínica para saber se nossa documentação teria chegado.
Quando retornei, já fui atendida por uma técnica, grosseira e conversadeira enquanto fazia minha limpeza antes de colocar meu aparelho. Terminado o serviço, perguntei se o DENTISTA não iria falar sobre os exames e logo fui informada que não, pois estava tudo bem. Hum rum...
Resumindo e concluindo, Quinta-feira, 05/04/2018, quase desmaiei de tanta dor, obviamente recorri a um outro profissional, dessa vez, numa clínica chamada OrthoRiso, na Fundação Politécnica, logo no WhatsApp, senti o impacto no atendimento das recepcionistas, precisas e educadas. Pela manhã já na clínica, 3 DENTINTAS E 1 TÉCNICA para meu atendimento, refiz o rx e fui informada que teria que abrir meu canal e retratar, com muito profissionalismo e competência, Dra. Camila, aliviou minha dor e logo encaminhou-me a um endodontista autoridade em medicina odontológica na Bahia, Dr. Cláudio, que começou a tratar meu canal hoje, Segunda 09/04.
Como eu fiz tantos exames e isso não foi detectado?
A técnica além de grosseira, ainda feriu minha boca 2 VEZES durante a manutenção, detalhe.
NÃO INDICO.
E meu marido coitado, que queriam restaurar um dente PODRE!!!

When I returned, I was already attended to by a technician, rude and chatty while doing my cleaning before putting my device on. After the service was over, I asked if the DENTIST would not talk about the exams and soon I was informed that he was not, because everything was fine. Hum rum ...
Summing up and concluding, Thursday, 05/04/2018, I almost passed out from so much pain, obviously I turned to another professional, this time, at a clinic called OrthoRiso, at the Polytechnic Foundation, soon on WhatsApp, I felt the impact on the attendance of the receptionists , accurate and polite. In the morning already at the clinic, 3 DENTINTS AND 1 TECHNIQUE for my care, I redid the rx and I was informed that I would have to open my channel and portray, with a lot of professionalism and competence, Dr. Camila, relieved my pain and soon referred me to a endodontist authority in dental medicine in Bahia, Dr. Cláudio, who started treating my channel today, Monday, 04/04.
How did I do so many tests and it wasn't detected?
The technique, besides being coarse, still hurt my mouth 2 TIMES during the maintenance, detail.
DO NOT INDICATE.
And my poor husband, who wanted to restore a Rotten tooth !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu coloquei meu aparelho ortodôntico nessa clinica so conseguir ver o médico no dia da minha avaliação depois dos exames pronto as assistentes colocou o meu aparelho e todo mes fazia manutenção ...Já vou fazer três anos com o aparelho e até hj nao consigo mim consultar com o médico ele so vem na clinica uma vez por mês. Vc tem q chegar lá 4.00hs da manha pra conseguir .Eu fui dois dias cedo e nunca conseguir ser atendida por ele ai abandonei o tratamento por q tenho q fazer procedimento so com ele e nao consigo fazer a consulta .O resto e tudo bom Márcia maravilhosa.tres anos de tratamento perdido (dinheiro jogado fora)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou paciente a mais de onze anos, em meio a essa pandemia informei estar com a gengiva sangrando precisando realizar a manutenção do aparelho e a limpeza, já que estou a mais de trinta dias sem atendimento. Fui informada não haver horário para atendimento e com isso vejo a falta de cuidado com uma paciente de tantos anos. Mensalmente realizo a minha manutenção e quase nunca agendo horário, pois nunca é cumprido. Ocorre que em meio a uma pandemia desejo um horário específico para atendimento. Acredito que a equipe pode fazer um controle maior de atendimento aos seus clientes mensais e respeitando as restrições atender a todos, mas não foi o que ocorreu. Estou extremamente insatisfeita pela falta de cuidado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima clínica! O médico te atende por vídeo conferência, ou nem te atende. O tratamento é muuuuito demorado. Me indicaram a clínica, fui e levei uma porrada de gente, isso há mais de 08 anos, até hoje ninguém terminou o tratamento. Sem contar que o "pós-venda" do serviço é terrível. Fiz a retirada do aparelho há 1 ano e 8 meses, até hoje estou aguardando a documentação. Sempre que ligo pedindo me informam que vão me entregar quando estiver pronto. Um caos. Péssimo atendimento. Não recomendo.
Bad clinic! The doctor assists you by video conference, or doesn't even answer you. The treatment is soooo long. They told me about the clinic, I went and took a bunch of people, that was more than 08 years ago, until today nobody finished the treatment. Not to mention that the "after-sales" service is terrible. I removed the device 1 year and 8 months ago, until today I am waiting for the documentation. Whenever I call asking, they inform me that they will deliver me when it is ready. Chaos. Terrible attendance. I do not recommend.
