É um condomínio de kitinetes bem organizado, ideal para casais com até um filho, a administração é bastante justa, raramente algum vizinho dá problema, nada além do comum, tem pouquíssimas crianças no prédio e dispõe de elevador e porteiro durante o dia.
Em geral o local é bastante tranquilo. Recentemente a pintura foi restaurada, também foi instalado um sistema de CFTV e a modernização dos interfones. Por ter uma boa gestão o condomínio está sempre melhorando estruturalmente. É localizado numa área excelente, próximos estão os Correios, Poupatempo, mercado Campineiro, diversas lojas nos diversos segmentos de produtos e serviços além de praças incluindo o centro de convivência do Cambuí que fica bem próximo.
I have lived in this building for five years, I really like this place. It is a well-organized condominium of kits, ideal for couples with up to one child, the administration is fairly fair, rarely does a neighbor give a problem, nothing more than the usual, there are very few children in the building and there is a lift and doorman during the day.
In general the place is quite quiet. Recently the painting was restored, a CCTV system and the modernization of the intercoms were also installed. For having a good management the condominium is always improving structurally. It is located in an excellent area, close by are the Post Office, Poupatempo, Campineiro market, several stores in the various segments of products and services in addition to squares including the Cambuí conviviality center which is very close.
