★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não sei e pior, afirmo em todos as situações possíveis que nunca entrei e nem conheço nenhum morador de tal condomínio. Apenas posso informar que não me recordo qual dia da semana seja, que tanto morador ou Motorista que queira usar tal via, entrar ou sair do condomínio tem que ser feito antes das 3:00 horas da madrugada ou após às 15:00 horas. (FEIRA LIVRE)
I do not know and worse, I affirm in every possible situation that I have never entered and do not know any resident of such condominium. I can only inform you that I do not remember which day of the week it is, that either resident or driver who wants to use such a way, entering or leaving the condominium has to be done before 3:00 am or after 15:00 hours. (FREE FAIR)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conheço uma pessoa que mora nesse condomínio e reclama do barulho de noite com um monte de criança gritando e que a zeladoria demora demais pra atender pedidos internos. Fora isso a localização é ótima e lugar limpo.
I know a person who lives in this condominium and complains about the noise at night with a lot of children screaming and that the janitor takes too long to attend internal requests. Other than that the location is great and the place is clean.
