Sinceramente em 18 anos morando em campinas 4 condomínios e esse quinto me fez ver o quanto e desgostoso morar em um lugar que se dizem tão bem. E na prática e uma mentira. Eu não recomendo. Contando os dias para o fim do meu contrato. 1°Antes de alugar ou comprar veja se mudou a comissão pois os atuais são péssimos.
2° veja se realmente e seguro , pois mesmo com segurança 24hr roubam bicicleta e ninguém se quer toma uma providência ou explicação de como ou ajudar a ver como. E não e uma são muitos furtos aleatórios
3° péssimos funcionários que falam de tudo.
Vou parar no 3 por que se não vou escrever até cansar. Experiência vivida na pele.
