The apartments have beautiful views but have no protection from the sun making it almost unbearable in summer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Morei 9 anos lá e gostava demais do prédio. Funcionários muito bons e vista maravilhosa para Norte Sul. Único inconveniente é o lugar com grande fluxo de carros mas perto de tudo no Cambui.
I lived there 9 years and liked the building very much. Very good staff and wonderful view to North South. Only drawback is the place with great flow of cars but close to everything in Cambui.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Administração desastrosa ... conta de água para cada morador por volta de R$ 250, absurdo ... luzes corredores com defeito e permanentemente acesas... não há planejamento de gastos ... móveis antigos .. não há investimentos há +10 anos ...
Disastrous administration... water bill for each resident around R$ 250, absurd... lights in corridors with fault and permanently on... there is no planning of expenses... old furniture... there are no investments for +10 years old ...
