★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edifício limpo e organizado. Os aptos tem um bom tamanho. Os pontos negativos são: o edifício está ao lado do Pronto Socorro, então a noite escuta-se as conversas dos funcionários; o edifício recebe pouca luz do sol, sendo, portanto, escuro; é complicado estacionar nas proximidades.
Clean and organized building. The apartments are a good size. The negative points are: the building is next to the Emergency Room, so at night you can hear the conversations of the employees; the building receives little sunlight, so it is dark; parking is difficult nearby.

Não tem segurança nenhuma na portaria estando a todo momento sem ninguém para atendimento de prestadores de serviço carteiros. E um entra e sai na garagem de veículos ocupando vagas coletivas por pessoas de curta permanência.
Não resolve nada a eles respeito nem o Sindico nem a administradora.
Quero meu anonimato pois tenho receio de ameaças.
