Ao chegarmos fomos surpreendidos pelo funcionário da portaria, que estava sabendo da festa, e já nos orientou como chegar ao salão, de forma muito educada, atenciosa e respeitosa. O Condomínio está de parabéns pelo comportamento pessoal e profissional dos porteiros: na saída também foi assim, o porteiro também foi muito educado, atencioso e respeitoso. Dentro do salão há 2 aparelhos grandes de ar-condicionado e uma cortina de vento para poder deixar a porta da sacada aberta. O dia estava muito quente e pudemos ter um evento bem confortável e "fresquinho" graças a esta estrutura. Quanto a sacada, o salão quase todo tem paredes com vidro, permitindo ver toda a estrutura e beleza do estacionamento e do jardim, que é maravilhoso, permite um bom passeio numa área verde sensacional, com bancos para poder relaxar, ler um livro. Na estrutura interna do salão há espaço para umas 80 pessoas, banheiros masculino e feminino e a cozinha tem toda a estrutura necessária para preparar os "comes e bebes" (neste dia foi contratado um buffet que serviu 6 gôndolas com espiriteira, servindo 6 tipos de pratos. O evento foi muito bom e a estrutura do salão foi imprescindível para isso.
