★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apto muito pequeno , muito antigo , elevador que dá medo , e garagem péssima e o que é estranho é que falta água em um apto e o do vizinho não , aí no mesmo dia acontece o inverso..... vai entender.....
Very small, very old apt, frightening elevator, and lousy garage and what's strange is that there is a lack of water in a fit and not the neighbor, then the same day happens the reverse ..... you will understand ... ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O prédio é antigo,mas os esforços para deixar útil, agradável e de moradia digno não faltam se for pra somar seja bem vindo,se for pra exigir procure algo melhor,mas claro pague pra isso.
The building is old, but efforts to make it useful, pleasant and decent housing are not lacking if it is to add, welcome, if it is to demand, look for something better, but of course pay for it.
