★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O prédio tem ótimos profissionais. O grande problema é que eles fazem obras sempre aos finais de semana e feriados, até vtarde da noite, incomodando todos os prédios vizinhos. Hoje mesmo é feriado, são 19h30 e tem um conjunto com serra ligada até agora. É muita falta de respeito com o descanso alheio!
The building has great professionals. The big problem is that they always work on weekends and holidays, until late at night, disturbing all neighboring buildings. Today is a holiday, it is 7:30 pm and there is a set with a saw connected so far. It is a lot of disrespect for others' rest!

I frequent the building because of the trademark and patent office that works on the 12th floor. Practical and functional building with offices and offices. Parking and attentive attendants. Good food in the surroundings.

Disrespect for the neighborhood, it's 10:30 pm and bricklayers are breaking down a property, when work hours in a commercial building within a residential area are from 6 pm to 10 pm.
