Com a nova administração passou por muitas melhorias, porém necessita de mais cuidados na segurança quanto a entrada e saída de visitantes ou prestadores de serviços que acabam estacionando em vagas do estacionamento de apartamentos vazios criando uma situação vulnerável na segurança dos condôminos.Faltam maiores orientações para os funcionários e melhores regras de segurança para evitar maiores transtornos.Recomendo para amigos.
