★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A administração é razoável, condomínio caro, e o prédio é um pouco antigo, porém a metragem dos apartamentos é grande. O condomínio é administrado por mais dois edifícios e por conta disso a área externa é como trocada por apenas 1 síndico e a cada ano é feito o rodízio do mesmo.
 The administration is reasonable, the condominium is expensive, and the building is a little old, but the footage of the apartments is large. The condominium is managed by two more buildings and because of this, the external area is replaced by only 1 liquidator and each year it is rotated.
