Rua tranquila e segura. Rua sem saída e com pouco movimento, com poucos prédios e de padrão elevado.
Apartamentos amplos e muito bem distribuídos. Área de lazer completa e vagas de garagem amplas.
Funcionários capacitados e muito educados. Em síntese, um dos melhores endereços da cidade.
One of the best condominiums in the neighborhood. Very well located, close to the metro, bars, restaurants and commerce in general.
Quiet and safe street. Dead end street with little movement, few buildings and high standard.
Large and very well distributed apartments. Complete leisure area and ample parking spaces.
Qualified and very polite employees. In short, one of the best addresses in the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, pois liguei as 17:09 e o cara que me atendeu super apressado e sem paciência, péssimo empregador, tanta gente precisando de um emprego, que valorize seu emprego, e tem essas pessoas mau morados, pelo menos deixa um e-mail de compras para o atendente passar e claro feliz, por que esse ai nem sei o que esta fazendo ai, horrível!!!1 fui muito mau atendida.
Bad service, because I called at 17:09 and the guy who answered me was super rushed and without patience, terrible employer, so many people in need of a job, who value their job, and there are these people in bad places, at least leave an email of purchases for the clerk to pass and of course happy, because this one I don't even know what he's doing there, horrible!!!1 I was very poorly attended.
