★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Condomínio tem uma infraestrutura de construção boa por ser antiga, provavelmente projetado na época para classe média emergente. Anos e anos de péssimos administradores, degradação e de favelização crescente no seu entorno desvalorizaram totalmente os Apartamentos, sendo vendidos se achar quem compre por 1/4 de valor da região, devido a bagunça generalizada no local, invasões de terreno, propriedades comerciais ilegais, baderna noturna, tiroteios e descaso da Prefeitura em não organizar o local. Maracaí: Pague pra entrar e reze pra sair.
The condo has a good infrastructure construction to be old, probably designed at the time to the emerging middle class. Years and years of poor management, degradation and growing slumming around them have totally devalued the Apartments and are sold if you find them to buy for 1/4 of the value of the area due to widespread mess on the ground, land invasions, illegal commercial property, night turmoil, shootings and City Hall's neglect to not organize the place. Maracaí: Pay to enter and pray to leave.
