Na época, a sindica era também a corretora dos imóveis do prédio e quando aluguei um ap lá, em dois dias tive um vazamento enorme no banheiro que inundou a casa toda e não perdi mobília por pouco. Local escuro e perigoso..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O condomínio em si, é bem tranquilo. Porém, conforme comentário acima, o fato da sindica também ser a a responsável pela imobiliária, acaba atrapalhando. Qualquer problema que ocorre no período da locação, ela informa que a culpa é sua, ou seja, a partir do momento em que ela te entrega as chaves, você tem que se virar. Todos os apartamentos recebiam boletos, porém, só o que eu morava ela pedia para que fosse realizada DOC. Enfim, de modo geral, não recomendo!
