★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem boa localização e uma arquitetura bem diferente . Quando morei, tinha um síndico bem ruim, que não fazia nada em prol do edifício. Teve uma moradora que jogou o cachorro dela da janela (sim, uma história horrível) e nada foi feito. Tem uma energia estranha .
It has a good location and a very different architecture. When I lived, I had a very bad liquidator, who did nothing for the building. There was a resident who threw her dog out of the window (yes, a horrible story) and nothing was done. It has a strange energy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condomínio antigo, porém bem estruturado. Tem piscina, andares divididos de maneira que permite boa ventilação dos apartamentos. Apartamentos com janelas enormes que permitem bastante entrada de luz. Portaria 24hs. Bem localizado, ao redor há restaurantes, pizzaria, lojas de roupas, mercados express.
Old condominium, but well structured. It has a swimming pool, floors divided in a way that allows good ventilation of the apartments. Apartments with huge windows that allow plenty of light. Ordinance 24hs. Well located, around there are restaurants, pizzeria, clothing stores, express markets.
