★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive aí em 2015 a 2017. Era uma alegria qdo chegava essa época. Saíamos daqui de Itajubá Mg, para curtir momentos felizes, com a família e amigos. Porém 2017, foi minha última estadia, aí. Sempre fomos bem acolhidos pela síndica, do Edifício Monte Carlo. Acontecem coisas inimagináveis, não sei qdo eu, minhas filhas, genros e neta, nossos amigos voltarem aí. Deus é Maior. Vida que segue...
I was there in 2015 to 2017. It was a joy when that time came. We left Itajubá Mg to enjoy happy moments with family and friends. However, 2017 was my last stay there. We have always been welcomed by the superintendent at the Monte Carlo Building. Unimaginable things happen, I don't know when I, my daughters, sons-in-law and granddaughter, our friends return there. God is greater. Life goes on...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tive uma boa experiência no local, passei uma semana no local e tinham uns apartamentos que estavam ocupados por pessoas muito mal educadas e sem noção de cordialidade, ligavam o som e ficavam a noite toda ouvindo músicas eletrônico e funk com um equipamento de fazer show 4 caixas que davam uns 10 mil watts somando todas, o som tremia o AP que eu estava.
Não recomendo.
I didn't have a good experience at the place, I spent a week at the place and they had some apartments that were occupied by very rude people with no sense of cordiality, they turned on the sound and stayed all night listening to electronic and funk music with a show equipment 4 boxes that gave about 10 thousand watts all together, the sound shook the AP I was on.
I do not recommend.
