★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É um prédio comercial. Visito frequentemente porque minha dentista fica neste prédio. A estrutura é ótima, cumpre com todas as exigências de segurança, tem portaria onde é preciso se registrar para acessar.
It is a commercial building. I visit often because my dentist is in this building. The structure is great, meets all security requirements, has a concierge where you need to register to access.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recepção impecável, organização na entrada e nos acessos do elevador para os escritórios. Muita eficiência no preenchimento do cadastro inicial. Achei um lugar quase perfeito. Só faltou estacionamento. Merece as 5 estrelas pela eficiência e bom atendimento que é oferecido desde a portaria até o consultório onde eu estive.
Impeccable reception, organization at the entrance and accesses from the elevator to the offices. Very efficient in completing the initial registration. I found an almost perfect place. Only lacked parking. It deserves the 5 stars for the efficiency and good service that is offered from the concierge to the office where I was.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entendo que com a pandemia é preciso distanciamento, mas esses dias fui passar em consulta e tive que esperar do lado de fora, e estava muito frio, tava quase congelando, acredito que isso deveria ser melhorado, deveriam colocar pelo menos um sofá lá dentro da recepção, ou trocar por cadeiras para poder colocar uma distante da outra.
I understand that with the pandemic, distancing is necessary, but these days I went for a consultation and had to wait outside, and it was very cold, it was almost freezing, I believe that this should be improved, they should put at least one sofa inside the reception, or exchange for chairs to be able to place one far from the other.
